Here at Pub Stuff USA, we are committed to our customers total satisfaction. You can contact us in many ways: On-line, E-mail or by phone. No matter which method you choose, you will find our Customer Service Staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful. We will not be satisfied until you are. Carefully read the the information below regarding the proper handling of your new purchase. Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transaction.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Pub Stuff USA will carefully package your item(s) to ensure a safe and easy arrival.

All items that include shipping on our website are for shipment to the Continental United States only. Please contact us for a shipment quote outside of the United States. Pub Stuff USA ships via USPS, DHL, or Greyhound Package Express.

For all items that include shipping in the price, it will be the determination of Pub Stuff USA to decide which method will be the most economical and efficient way for the product to be shipped. By submitting your order, you acknowledge such.

As orders are received they will be reviewed and processed. Upon verification of payment, an e-mail will be sent confirming your purchase(s). Orders confirmed before 5:00pm EST will generally be shipped the same day. Exceptions are for orders received during the weekend or a holiday.

When your purchase leaves our door, an e-mail will be sent notifying you that the package has been shipped. There will be a tracking number issued from USPS, DHL or Greyhound Package Express that allows for easy monitoring of your purchase. You can easily track your package using a link provided on the email.

Upon delivery, USPS, DHL or Greyhound Package Express will notify us that your package has been received. At this time, our Return Policy will be in effect.

Some items, such as bars, must be shipped via truck. For these items, shipping is not included in the listed price. Truck freight shipping rates are determined by the weight of the products in conjunction with the number of items purchased. Please contact us for your truck freight quote.

We do NOT ship COD.

Shipping Notes:
*** We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or Mailbox Suite numbers (to help prevent fraudulent use of credit cards).
*** To help fight the fraudulent use of credit cards we will only ship to the customer authorized on the credit card used to make the purchase.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon receipt of your new merchandise(s), please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damage MUST be reported to Pub Stuff USA within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise(s). In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the reponsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Receiving Note: Established procedures by USPS, DHL or Greyhound Package Express, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Do not throw away of the packaging materials such as boxes, inserts, bags, etc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be authorized and approved by Pub Stuff USA. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 5 (five) days after receiving the order. All approved returns must be returned to Pub Stuff USA in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Pub Stuff USA. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to Pub Stuff USA. All products which are approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturers carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Pub Stuff USA to the Buyer. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. All warranty cards and other such items must be included with the product being returned. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after warranty has been cleared from original manufacturer will the Buyer receive product back. After receipt of goods, Pub Stuff USA shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Pub Stuff USA does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

You MUST obtain an RMA number for your return or exchange. Pub Stuff USA will not accept returns or exchanges without an authorized RMA number. Please contact our Customer Service Staffs by using the "Contact Us" link on the side menu to make the necessary arrangements for an exchange or return.

RETURN TO SENDER

If the shipment is returned to sender or you refuse a delivery of a package after the order has been processed, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Pub Stuff USA.

PAYMENTS

If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be required to pay all bank fees and/or legal fees to collect all money owed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All items shipped Internationally by Pub Stuff USA will be insured and the value of the package contents will be declared. Taxes or duties may be collected upon delivery, and a customs brokerage fee may be assessed. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, insurance, and brokerage fees. In order to determine the approximate cost of taxes or duties that may be imposed, we suggest that you contact your governments Customs Department. We do not have this information available to us. If an item is refused, upon its return to us, we will refund the purchase price (providing that all criteria has been met for returning an item) less the shipping charges in both directions. Also, if we, through no fault of our own, are charged tax or duties for your order, we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for this amount at a later date. In addition, as it is difficult to determine the cost of shipping, it may be necessary for Pub Stuff USA to charge an additional amount to your credit card account in order to meet the fee for shipping to your country. We will make every attempt to provide a shipping cost estimate at the time of shipping.
